T&D has often worked with engineering closely to help find the most cost effective ways to manufacture their components, whether it is geometry , materials, or methods saving our customers guess work, time and costs. Feel free to call us anytime if you have any questions regarding these subjects.
We can work with all types of cad files and cad models, utilizing MasterCam X as our main Cad & CadCam software. We often bring in original Cad files directly into MasterCam to eliminate the need to re-draw components saving engineering costs and possible geometry mistakes.
Because our customers Cad files and hardcopy prints sometimes do not match exactly, as policy, we always manufacture and inspect to the customer’s hardcopy prints unless otherwise directed. Either way, you can rest assured your components will be made correctly to print.
